In Loving Memory of Tiffany L. Malvaso
The Town of Tonawanda community has been left grieving following the tragic and heartbreaking death of 51-year-old Tiffany L. Malvaso, whose life was taken in a devastating act of violence on May 16, 2026.
According to authorities, Town of Tonawanda Police and paramedics responded to a first aid call at approximately 2:48 A.M. at a residence located at 337 Cleveland Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered Tiffany Malvaso deceased inside the home. Investigators reported that she had suffered significant blunt force trauma.
As the investigation unfolded, authorities determined that Tiffany’s husband, 36-year-old Nicholas M. Malvaso, was responsible for the fatal injuries. He has since been charged with Murder in the Second Degree, a Class A-1 felony. Following his arraignment before the Honorable J. Patrick Lennon in Town of Tonawanda Court, Nicholas Malvaso was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for May 21, 2026.
